I offer a lifetime warranty on all my products. If something breaks or wears down after use let me know and I'll fix it for free :)
Custom and personalized orders
Any amendment to an existing listing is considered a custom order and subject to extra charges. Please understand that custom designs that are not in my current inventory are experimental and any amendments or design flaws are also subject to charging due to research and development phase that each of my designs goes through prior to being released.

UPDATE: I can now use this as intended! The seller was lovely & prompt in responding to the miscommunication (error in the description) & sent a lovely umbrella, which does fit perfectly. I've used this for several recent sunny days & it is absolutely wonderful. So much more convenient than carrying an umbrella in your hands, and it does look very cool! Original review: It's ok. I was disappointed the description wasn't right when it said, "This umbrella/parasol holster is universal but this one comes with a beautiful black and white striped polka-dot umbrella!" It actually didn't fit mine (which were too bulky) and it didn't come with one. I dug out an old, partially broken umbrella that was smaller and I could manage to use with this. It does look cool. Seems like good quality.
